A Fromage Affair
A 5-cheese board boasting:
a gentle texture and rich-depth, rind-washed cows cheese, made in Tintagel, as magic as Merlin himself; an organic rind-washed cow's cheese with a meaty flavour from Somerset; an 8-month matured Spanish Manchego - made with Sheep milk – malty, fruity, intense flavours with a long finish; a world award-winning soft goats cheese made in Avila, Spain; and a soft, buttery camembert made in Devon.
Paired with: red grapes, organic apple, organic pear, artichokes harvested by hand in Italy, grilled over volcanic rock(!) and preserved in extra virgin olive oil; soft bread with Cornish Butter.

Charcuterie Rendezvous
A board boasting 3 exceptional cheeses and 3 sophisticated meats:
Cheeses: a gentle texture and rich-depth, rind-washed cows cheese, made in Tintagel, as magic as Merlin himself; a world award-winning soft goats cheese made in Avila, Spain; a super soft, almost runny, washed-rind Cornish Cheese.
Meats: a DOP Extremadura Ibérico de bellota ham, 100% Iberico de bellota ham cured for more than 3 years with an intense and complex flavour; a Sobrasada - a semi-cured, soft-textured sausage, made from paprika and pork. This mild version of the black pig Sobrasada contains the finest parts of Majorcan porc negre, a local breed that is free range and organically fed – spread it on your bread to eat it the traditional way; and an intense, savoury salami, made in Vic (a town near Barcelona in Spain, famous for it’s charcuterie) by the Riera family since 1852 – it’s also great with beer!
Paired with: red grapes, organic apple, organic pear, bread and butter (sweet and sour) cucumber pickles; soft bread with Cornish Butter; a sweet and grassy Spanish arbequina olive oil produced using 100% Arbequina olives; and IGP aged balsamic vinegar of Modena made from organic grapes.

Hand-cut from organic Devon-grown potatoes, with Himalayan pink salt, our golden chips are the perfect balance of crispy and fluffy – a classic done right.
Cheesy Chips £6.50
Cornish hospitality with a hint of Devon pride! Our organic hand-cut chips, generously topped with a rich, mature Devon cheese, bringing together the best of our neighbours just across the Tamar.
Olives £4
From the Cerignola region of Puglia, Italy, these organic olives are justly called 'Bella' for their gorgeous proportion, firm texture and flavour.
